James Middleton, brother of The Princess of Wales, has been named an ambassador for the Dogs Trust, coinciding with the release of his memoir about his dog.
Middleton, who opened up about his struggles with mental health in his book, commented 'I know how much the dogs, for me, have helped in taking your mind off something'.
